Individuals like Luigi Mangione rise to prominence when they represent the deeper needs of their historical era. The killing of one healthcare CEO revealed the massive amounts of anger that exists toward the for-profit healthcare system, but it will do nothing to end the horrors of capitalism. Communists highlight the need for collective action, rather than individual, isolated acts. To right the wrongs of this system, the working class as a whole needs to take control of the wealth hoarded by the capitalist class, which rightfully belongs in the hands of the working class, and reorganize society on a socialist basis. That is why the RCA says "Expropriate the Billionaires!"
